ABOUT THE DIRECTORS
Directors: Dennis "Chris" and
Juanita Gissentaner
The Lord has
taught Chris and Juanita many lessons as they
worked through the pain of divorce, re-marriage and blended family
dynamics. Married in 1977 they now have six adult children who the Lord
is grooming for ministry.
Chris and
Juanita were ordained for the ministry of the Lord
1994. Since 1996 Chris and Juanita have been actively involved in
marriage ministry, conducting seminars, small groups, and couple to
couple mentoring. They served as area directors of the Lower New York
division for Marriage Ministries International. Chris and Juanita have
seen the mighty hand of God move as He healed relationships, cancelled
Satan’s assignments of divorce, and united couples as ministry
teams.
Chris and
Juanita are excited about what God is doing as they
continue to help prepare His people in learning how to reflect God’s
love. They were released into full time ministry and currently reside
at the ministry headquarters “Restoration Nest” in Fallsburg, New York.

MARRIAGE
"Marriage
is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be
undefiled."

HUSBANDS
Be the
Head of the Home, The Spiritual Leader.
"Man is head of every woman"

Be the servant.
Talk about spiritual things.
Pray with your wife.
Value
her words and be understanding with her...
"You
husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way,
as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a
fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be
hindered".

Compliment her, tell her how beautiful she is...

View her as a companion beside you & not someone beneath you...
"Husbands love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and
gave Himself up for her."

WIFE
Wives,
your husband needs to know that you need him.
Tell him
how wonderful he is... express it to him.
Appreciate
him.
Be
forgiving of him.
"But as the church is subject to
Christ, so also the wives ought
to be to their husbands in everything."
